I can’t express how much I appreciate, every morning and every evening, the twittering of the birds around my home. It is the announcement of spring, for which we have been waiting for such a long time. After the cold season, there is so much I have been longing for: the sun, the warmth, my first journey of the year (which will take me again to Italy's Sestri Levante), but also the market season, which will begin in a couple of weeks. More importantly, the renovation of my house has finally started, which despite the temporary noise level, dirt and stress, truly makes me happy. Because these renovations mean that soon I will have ample space at my home and able then to welcome and host my friends at my “Herbergli”,
